Thinking Like Your Client

You've seen them. Websites that don't have phone numbers. Companies that offer no services.

Those designers did not think like their clients, and their sites do not work.

  • What information must people see immediately?
  • What information must they be able to find fast?
  • What information should be available from all pages?
  • What information naturally goes together or in a sequence?
